  • How do I create a new username and password so that I can log into the Foster Automation App?
    1. Go to the L.B. Foster Automation Home page.
    2. Click Log In at the top, right-hand corner.
    3. Click "Register" at the bottom of the Log-In screen.
    4. Fill out the New User information, and then click "Submit".
    5. Write down the username and password you've just created, and store in a safe place.
  • How do I install/update the LBF Automation App on my iPad or iPhone?
    1. Go to the L.B. Foster Automation Home page.
    2. In the top, right-hand corner of the screen, click on Download; .
    3. Click Register; at the bottom of the Log-In screen.
    4. Click Download below the left icon Foster Automation Client.
    5. Once the app installs, log in with your username and password.
  • Do I need to wait for the device to finish syncing after I've logged in?
  • Yes. Any changes to the form will update on your device during syncing. Interrupting the syncing process could result in an incomplete or outdated form. Make sure that the message "Report - Synchronization Successful" appears after the sync has completed. If you don't get this message, then tap on the Gear icon to sync again.

  • The form(s) I need do not appear on my device?
  • This means the form(s) have not been assigned to you. Please contact Zech Rasmussen or Jim Parsley to have the form assigned to you.
